What We Offer

We offer a range of classes to meet the needs of everybody! We welcome day 1 beginners to experienced competitors.

  • Muay Thai Drilling classes are aimed at the application of fundamental skills to different competitive scenarios. This class is focused around partner drills that help each student fine tune their own unique style and is open to all levels. These classes are a fun hands on application of what is covered in our padwork class. Technical sparring is included at the end of each class.

  • Muay Thai Fundamentals Classes are open to all levels and drive home the fundamentals of not only Muay Thai, but Dutch Kickboxing and Western Boxing as well. This class is pad work based and is a great introduction for those new to Martial Arts.

  • Boxing classes are open to all levels and focus on the building blocks of boxing including footwork, ring control, partner drills and mitt work. Whether you want to break a sweat and challenge your fitness or aspire to compete in boxing, these classes have something for everyone.

  • Grappling classes are open to all levels and are focused around the Fundamentals of No Gi grappling. These classes are a fundamental and practical approach to learning No-Gi BJJ in a safe and competitive environment. These classes also incorporate fundamentals or Wrestling and Judo. Grappling classes are open to all levels and are focused around the Fundamentals of No Gi grappling for application in Mixed Martial Arts.

  • Grappling classes are open to all levels and are focused around the Fundamentals of Gi grappling. Gi classes are a fantastic introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a slow, practical, and hands on approach for everyone interested in adding it to their routine. These classes not only offer a great workout but also a practical introduction self defense and competition.

  • Instructor permission is required before joining our MMA classes. MMA classes are focused on putting all aspects of MMA together. They include MMA striking, wallwork, take downs, and grappling for MMA. Classes are focused around partner drilling for a realistic application of skills. Though competition goals are not required to participate, these classes are focused around competition and operate at a faster pace.

  • Muay Thai Clinchwork class is partner drilling based and focuses on the fundamentals and finer details of clinch positions. The clinch in Muay Thai operates in close quarters and includes elbow and knee strikes, off balancing, and sweeping. It is one of the most important and unique aspects of Muay Thai and is open to all levels.

  • Women's Muay Thai classes are structured as a typical Muay Thai Drilling class with the aim to provide women with more realistic training partners and to help those new to the sport get comfortable! Open to all levels.

  • Wrestling Fundamentals are a great base to build into your existing grappling foundation as well as your MMA toolbox. Each class has structured and technical breakdowns with live applications at the end. Open to all levels!

  • Youth Muay Thai is open to ages 5 and up and will be structured as a typical Muay Thai class including both padwork and live drilling. Our youth classes are an excellent way to implement structure, self defense, fitness, and community into your child's routine in a fun and exciting way!

  • Join Coach Eric for a no frills Strength class designed to complement any form of athletic sport training. Each session focuses on either upper or lower body strength movements, paired with targeted mobility work for the opposite muscle group. Every class ends with a conditioning circuit with a core training focus. Increase strength, power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Perfect for any level of athlete!

  • Total body training sessions focusing on overall athleticism and force production. Strength training is programmed to reinforce the session. Athlete’s can sprint, jump, throw, slam, change directions and / or lift in a session. For Athlete’s, this is perfect for those that need to build a solid athletic base to be ready for competition.

  • The emphasis is on conditioning and athletic movement, robustness (core & grip strength, joint & tendon integrity), and mobility. Also great for Hometown athlete’s that need to improve their agility, hand speed and footwork, kick balance and height, overall flexibility for grappling and reinforce their tendons.

  • Push yourself to new limits and learn to Powerlift with seasoned Competitor, Eric Wilberg. This class is open to all levels from beginners, to experienced competitors. The powerlifting program includes a customized 3-4 day program, meeting in person 2 times a week for 90 minutes, with 1-2 workouts to be completed on your own time. All workouts and progress will be logged/tracked via the train heroic app. to Spots are limited, so act fast to secure yours and enjoy a small group training environment!

  • "From Scratch to Scrappy"

    Head coach- Trevor Hayes
