I'm not in shape, can I still participate in class?

YES!  You get to set your own pace in our classes.  Our classes are all skill based, as you become more comfortable, you can push your pace.


I don't want to compete, is that ok?

100%  Competition is 100% voluntary.  All students learn the same curriculum.


What is the difference between grappling and striking?

Striking involves the physical action of hitting a target with a knee, fist or foot, leg.  This includes Boxing and Muay Thai Classes. Grappling uses body to body entanglements to control your opponent. This includes Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling Classes. MMA classes combine both grappling and striking.


What ages do you work with?

Kids from 5yo teens, adults and seniors.


Can I do MMA class if I don't have any experience?

No.  MMA is the most volatile of all sports so a student must show proficiency in the fundamentals of striking, and grappling.


What do I need for my first class?

Water bottle, dress comfortable, and a CAN DO attitude.


Do you offer discounts?

Yes, when you come in for your trial class we would love to talk to you about our family packages, student discounts, first responder discounts, or military discounts.


Which classes are best for beginners?

We have boxing, Muay Thai and grappling classes that are appropriate for beginners.  Please contact our front desk for information on our class schedule.
